• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to customs or carrier delays beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return or exchange an item:

2. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
3. Securely pack the unused, unopened item in original packaging

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

To ensure food safety and quality, the following cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect:

• All perishable food items (biltong, droëwors, boerewors, butchery items, fresh/cured meats)
• Opened or partially consumed food products

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after return approval. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
